What is Nekochan
Nekochan is a special upgradable NFT.
Every Nekochan is a pretty girl with cat ears.
Every Nekochan holder will become a membership.
Every max level Nekochan holder will become one with the DAO.
High level Nekochan can go to work（stake).
Members have voting rights and DAO can share profits.
The vision of the Nekochan project is to give all DAOs free coffee for life.

Upgrade & Stake
Every Nekochan can upgrade by feed NCFT.
Nekochan background image will get more advanced with each upgrade.
Nekochan above level 5 are capable of working (stake).
The maxlevel in the pre-sale version Nekochan is level 5.
In the first pre-sale version 12,000,000 (40%) NekoChan Feed Token can be produced by work（stake).
The next version will unlock 13,500,000(45%) levels 6 to 10, feature details will be announced after all DAO members vote.
No need worry about work(stake)
No transfer or sign required go to work, only make sure Nekochan in your Ethereum wallet.
At work you can still sell your NFT on OpenSea or other platforms.
When a NFT transfer happend, work will stop. Only new owner can let Nekochan back to work.
All NCFT during the upgrade will now be diverted to the black hole address.

The economic cycle
Make DAO with NekoChan coffee Token
- After make DAO is successful, the NekoChan coffee Token(NCCT) will issue.
- Release rules are determined by how DAO proposals are voted on.
- To ensure fairness, each NekoChan NFT holder can only receive one allocation of NCCT.
